The goals of this branch are:

[x] Convert appropriate blocks to stand-alone sections.
[x] Move b-value and Fourier analysis example to "extras" notebook. ~~- [ ] Add GNSS example to module 3B~~

This doesn't try to add the seaborn density plots that @FinniganIK is going to add to 3B.

Update: This PR won't have the full GNSS example for 3A so that we can get on with other changes.
