example HTM learning is broken #1

The example HTM code doesn't learn the pattern correctly. The self.minScoreThreshold parameter is not working. repeated patterns are being learnt over and over.

I had a similar problem previously which is why the self.minScoreThreshold was introduced. This doesn't seem to work anylonger.

It appears that a commit had broken the minScorethreshold parameter. This is now fixed.
