Active times for synapses may be incorrectly updated and stored. #7

When clicking on a cell in the GUI and selecting one of the cells segments to display the active times on the synapses active times appear to sometimes be incorrect. Not sure if this is just an update issue or if it affects the learning and function of the cells. Needs more investigation.

Bug has been fixed. It was just a display issue with the GUI not an underlying bug in the HTM.
