Total Record Count with the break-up of Record Types in the OAI Toolkit #13

Right now, the OAI Toolkit does not allow a user at any point of time to
know the amount of records which have been imported and stored inside the
Lucene database.

This feature would ensure that the user would be able to see the count of
the records with the break-up of the Type of record.

Example:

Records Count
Total: 5262
  Bib: 4352 
  Auth: 345
  Holding: 565

The bug has been fixed, released and is incorporated in the 0.6 version of the 
OAI 
Toolkit.
