Integrated Sample raw MARC Record Set in the importer package #28

This is an enhancement to the OAI Toolkit. We would like to supply a bunch 
of sample raw MARC records in the OAI Toolkit importer package.

Thus, when someone would extract the importer package, he would get the 
raw MARC records wich he can use to import (conver/load) through the OAI 
Toolkit, and verify it works well.

Incorporated in the version 0.6.3 of the OAI Toolkit.
