Support of sub-directories while import #4

When importing,the current code only allows to convert the marc files from
the "marc" directory. But, if there are sub-directories inside this
directory to have more .mrc files, it does not include them while converting.

So, this is a feature request to also include the .mrc files of the
sub-folders for the convert process is of the importer.

The enhancement is completd, released and is incorporated in the 0.6 version of 
the 
OAI Toolkit.
