warning page for delete button (useless branch)

I found a bug and I was wondering if anyone could help me with it because I got a warning page to work with this branch, but it takes it off posted items and when I clicked archived it said that there are no archived items when the number on archived has clearly changed. I tried a long time trying to fix this issue and I was thinking of putting this out there to see if anyone could help, could be a simple fix. other than that, fully functional.
