Add Link in Startup Overview for Eclipse #11

For example, after the Subversive plugin installation, and restart Eclipse, the 
Subversive Overview is available under the first eclipse Page with the content:

The Eclipse Platform is a kind of universal tool platform - an open extensible 
IDE for anything and nothing in particular.

Subversive Overview

Meet Subversive plug-in and get important information on getting SVN support. 
Please pay attention that installing SVN connectors is required to work with 
SVN.
