The file from cflib (cfengine_cflib.cf) should not be changed (it is a 
"standard name") an should be cfengine_stdlib.cf.

The following corrections also is needed for the promises.cf:

    inputs => { 
        "cflib/cfengine_stdlib.cf",
        "update.cf"
    };
