Possible need for more explicit examples #21

I was reading this Stack Overflow question about your library. He seems confused about why things aren't encrypted. I sort of feel this way as well although I suspect that it's actually secretly unencrypting it as it comes out of the database. Because of this perhaps the README.md could use some help with a more explicit walk through possibly showing it's effects.
