fix issue #30, issue with converting points (missing parameter) #31

This will fix this issue #30 , the converting part, there is another problem with the input format, we must parse the input into the following way: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/calvinmetcalf/topojson.py/master/tests/data/square.geojson
