Should level have an effect on damage for every combat spell?
Should we make some spells have a wider range of possible damage? (level effecting bonus vs. level effecting dice, etc.)
I figure I'll adjust based on current level structure, and adjust again if necessary when we add more levels.
Theoretically the spells are somewhat balanced against the current game stats. If so, it'd be advisable to scale the damage dealt down rather than up, so that we maintain the balance.
