Bad heading with no intervention #2

This one seems wrong: https://github.com/calzada/PARLAMINT-ES-MC/blob/02d5646387ee6f9ef6d780925aa340bfb8be831e/CD/CD201118.xml#L5453

So, heading with something that looks like back, and not intervention folllowing. Can this be deleted?

You are right. This is not a proper heading. It is information that should probably be at the back. But YES WE CAN DELETE IT. We lose nothing. Can you do it or shall I do it?

Better you do it (anything in CD/ belongs to you:) and then close this issue. Also, if you have any new files, pls. feel free to add them into CD. I can then run the scripts and we get a new version of the ParlaMint files.

So, is it best to put as many files as possible first and then fix the root file, Or can I already improve the root file?

It doesn't really matter. Still, maybe better first concenrate on the root, once we have that nice and pretty, we can start adding files.
