refactorize folder names #38

The result folder names should be:

ParlaMint-ES.TEI
ParlaMint-ES.TEI.ana according to ParlaMint requirements

The sample folders can also be changed this way:

ParlaMint-ES.sample.TEI
ParlaMint-ES.sample.TEI.ana
