getting info from TEI.ana #52

Opening TEI.ana files is not working when dirification is set in tei-finalize:

ERROR : cannot locate .ana file 2015/../ParlaMint-ES.issue49.TEI.ana//ParlaMint-ES_2015-04-30-CD150430.ana.xml
ERROR : cannot locate .ana file 2021/../ParlaMint-ES.issue49.TEI.ana//ParlaMint-ES_2021-03-17-CD210317.ana.xml
