some government members (those without speech) are missing.

Do you know about some government member that is missing in ParlaMint? I believe that only ECPC is incomplete, but ParlaMint contains all government members:

I asked to include it in the ECPC description because you have described this corpus - if ParlaMint-ES is derived from ECPC, it makes sense to document:

it can be removed, if you don't want to show differences

Readme is included in the pull request https://github.com/clarin-eric/ParlaMint/pull/692 I have only changed the version from 3.0 to 3.1
