Update soundcloud API implementation #916

Given Soundcloud does not have registration of new API keys open, and this would be required for server owners to set up the new Soundcloud integration, I have decided to drop Soundcloud support from this upstream repo until Soundcloud enables new API key registration again.

For cytu.be, I will continue to maintain Soundcloud support since I already have an API account set up. Other server owners can reach out to me privately if you need that code in case you have registered your own API keys somehow.
