Finish AppVersioner

the AppVersioner system needs to have the following done

Create an extra DXLFilter entry to remove the value attributes for doraVersion doraBranch, maybe?? or should do a .gitignored cc?

Install Script must:

• Copy the New xsl stylesheets on install
• Copy the default template for ccAppVersion.xsp and ccAppVersion.xsp-config
• Copy the hooks to dora/hooks

Setup Script must:

• Allow installation of the post-commit and post-checkout hooks
• Allow installation of the cc template files
• rename the installed dir from xsl/ to dora/
• new function to create a new tag, checking that you are on master and suggesting next number
