Rerun the machine learning with latest syrf screening decisions

Now screening is complete in SyRF, now on to machine learning results with the 5000

Will include:

• [x] bringing in syrf data as training data
• [x] overwrite the study classification table
• [x] re-running ML to get included studies
• [x] assess performance and document in worklog
• [x] k-fold validation
