New Proposal: Best Interconnection #20

This API helps to decide how to reach out to a device and maybe try to optimize the connectivity by moving the EDGE or choosing an other interconnection point. Where is the nearest interconnection point to the cloud/cdn provider? Where is the fastest interconnection point to the cloud/CDN provider? Which is a symmetrical path to the cloud/cdn provider?
