Problem description Aligment with Commonalities and ICM is needed. To do so Check the Commonalities and ICM scope issues and related release PRs to ensure alignment with their upcoming versions Parent Issue: #194

Possible evolution Based on upcomming merged PRs identify the realted impacts in Carrier Billing APIs and align the design accordingly

Alternative solution N/A

Additional context It is needed to have some PRs merged in order to begin this work
