Joint Carrier Billing Proposal

Output of Issue79 is an agreement between Orange and Telefonica to move forward with a joint proposal. This avoids the need of a votation and provides a way forward within this WG.

Rationale of the Proposal:

• Baseline based on Orange proposal
• Main Agreements:

  Proposal evolution of CAMARA Carrier Billing should be possible based on OpenGateway upcoming requirements and evolution should not be limited to have equivalent in OMA API renamed to: "carrier-billing" Adding validationURL in payment process to provide URL where PIN can be inserted (optional) Rename endUserId to phoneNumber (and make it optional, could be removed from confirm/cancel, but also want to know WG opinion in case anyone see some benefit from its side), to follow CAMARA guidelines Error, filtering aligment with commonalities Provide merchantInfo (id, name, fee) Flexibility for payment details indication (paymentDetails)
