Problem description This issue describes the scope for the first Dedicated Network API version, targeting the Spring25 meta-release for the initial version. The issue description will be regularly updated based on the decision within the workgroup meetings.

Expected action

• Describe, how the Dedicated Networks API is supporting the identified use-cases within the User Story document
  • There should be one User Story document per API endpoint
• Target API version: dedicated-networks 0.1.0
• "happy path" of the testplan
