Problem description Not considered currently but being discussed in Commonalities: https://github.com/camaraproject/Commonalities/issues/249

Expected behavior Add new error in API specs and include new scenario or adapt current ones in test plans

Already applied in location-verfication and location-retrieval. Not needed for geofencing subscriptions as device is mandatory there
