include x-correlator #112

Add one of the following kinds:

What this PR does / why we need it:

  1. Include header x-correlator
  2. Create parameters and headers sections with x-correlator and subscriptionId to avoid code duplication and allow the reuse of schemas

Which issue(s) this PR fixes:
