Thanks @maxl2287 for the PR.

@camaraproject/device-location_maintainers: the proposal is that Maximilian (as active Contributor to the Sub Project) is taking over the Maintainer role from Noel Wirzius. Please approve the PR from your side to indicate to the @camaraproject/admins team that they can approve and merge the PR (and update the GitHub team accordingly).
