This PR includes API terminology alignment with Edge Cloud Family, Consent Management and it is choerent with the new Edge Cloud folder structure

Yes it was, according to https://github.com/camaraproject/EdgeCloud/discussions/229. I'm not updating the .md file anymore. I'm planning to include all the documentation in the YAML. It will be done with a specific PR also removing the .md file.
