Project charter: Insert one senctence at the end of the Steering Committee section: The decisions within the steering committee are taken by majority vote with a given quorum of 2/3 of the voting members.

Roles: Delete the first sentence in the section working groups ("Community rallying points are used to facilitate discussions/work regarding topics that are short-lived or that span multiple sub-projects.") and change the second sentence to: Working groups are primarily used to facilitate topics of discussion that are in scope for the Telco Global API Project but that are short-lived or that span multiple sub-projects.
