Update ProjectStructureAndRoles.md - Adjust repo rules for Working Groups #126
The two sections belonging to API backlog Working Group are now combined without changing the content.
A new section for the Marketing Working Group is added so that all Working Groups are covered in this file.
Working Groups are sorted in alphabetic order.
Working Groups are seperated in different repos. Description is adjusted, links are adjusted. See https://github.com/camaraproject/Governance/issues/84.
