Need to clarify that a 'No-Go!' API can be re-submitted #90
Currently the Steering Committee has two choices when deciding on API approval, 'Go!' and 'No-Go!' .
However the wording is not clear if a 'No-Go!' decision means the API can be re-submitted. Additional text can clarify that the Steering Committee may require clarification on the API proposal, or has identified gaps that need addressing. The Steering Committee shall then ask the API supporters to complete these changes before re-submission for approval.
