Remove duplicate documentation after R0.1 #103

Problem description Currently we have a very generic document CAMARA-AuthN-AuthZ-Concept.md doc in addition to CAMARA-API-access-and-user-consent.md which can cause confusion and will also lead to duplication of efforts. After release 0.1, I would propose to get rid of CAMARA-AuthN-AuthZ-Concept.md and have all info needed only in the CAMARA-API-access-and-user-consent.md doc

Expected behavior Delete CAMARA-AuthN-AuthZ-Concept.md
