Remove meeting minutes README which duplicates main README meetings info #119

What type of PR is this?

What this PR does / why we need it:

The documentation/MeetingMinutes/README.MD just duplicates the information already available in the main project README. It does not provide value, and in fact the meeting link that was updated in PR #116 was not included in documentation/MeetingMinutes/README.MD. P.D.: @sfnuser Sorry, my bad. I didn't catch that in my review.

So, this PR removes documentation/MeetingMinutes/README.MD and update the meeting link again in the main README.

@sfnuser I've been told that the link you included in #116 does not work for all Teams versions. So I've used this one. Could you confirm it is still working for you?
