Remove CPE to remove network specific terms #14

Problem description CPE is a networking term and may not be relevant for all network types. This should be removed to align with CAMARA commonalities.

Possible evolution Update the API yaml to replace CPE and any other terms which don't align with CAMARA commonalities and other enpoints in this API family.
