I just realized, that we use ZOOM (provided by Linux Foundation) in other CAMARA projects.

yes, LF provides the meeting support including recordings for people who cannot join the actual call. You can ask Casey Cain (ccain@linuxfoundation.org) to set this up on the wiki. that is also where meeting minutes are being done.
