As discussed within our last call and further discussion (e.g. #92) I propose to release the current changes within main as v0.8.1 release.
For that I will create a pull request with the update to CHANGELOG.md and the update of the version number in qod-api.yaml.
After review and merge of the PR
a) the merge commit of the PR will get tagged as v0.8.1 and get the release branch v0.8.1
b) the text for v0.8.1. in CHANGELOG.md will get the release description of v0.8.1 (in Github release)
