Problem description v0.9.3 defines query headers independently to the Device Identifier definitions in Commonalities

Expected behavior That the definitions align as closely as possible to Commonalities (which do not yet model the definitions as headers). Simple Edge Discovery also does not require port or private IP address in the IPv4 parameter
