Template Check per Subdivisions

Note: After editing the template on the HOA Portal, it is required to Sync the table on the Maingate System You can sync the table by clicking HOA Sync Table

The rest of the templates are greetings not sure if I should include them(i haven't seen the requirements on the ticket on the time of testing)

but they’re all working as intended. Notice that the subdivision didn’t change because it is taking me too much time to change it one by one, but for reference on the bayu peaks template notice that the subdivision is also bayu peaks meaning it is working
