Changes Proposed ( a list of new changes introduced by this PR)

Improve database structure for contacts, with more comments
Add a new field label to contacts, optional description for helping contextualize the use of each contact channel
Add a new field community_id now contacts can be added freely to communities
Adds a new contact type email

@lucca65 can you merge this with master so it doesn't mess up the frontend GraphQL types? Right now, this branch doesn't have the acceptTerms mutation and everything that comes with it
