Fix visual bugs on email unsubscribe page

How to test ( a list of instructions on how to test this PR)

Check the email unsubscribe page by clicking on the unsubscribe link on an email. This will only work in the staging environment. Since #276 emails are not being sent on staging so it's necessary to manually send the emails connecting to the staging server via SSH.

@juramos-2020 agora está mais fácil pra ver a página pra cancelar as inscrições no email que falamos na #284. Se quiser é só apertar no link que coloquei na descrição do PR.
