create versus create env #12

We might want to more explicitly point out that 'mamba create' and 'mamba env create' are not the same and the second one is required to work with yml files. The error messages when you get this wrong are not informative and it is not an intuitive design choice.

tbf this IS already in the materials (Summary), but maybe needs mentioning higher up.
