Please review these materials where I wrote documentation about virtual environment, docker and singularity.

TODO:

• Craft more comprehensive exercises
• Add more examples
• Find a better set of data that we can use throughout the course
• Structure the lessons in a more suitable way for bioinformatics course

Please note this materials were developed for a Mphil example class (around 2hrs).
