Update FileZilla instructions for TOTP #29

Instructions:

Go to File > Site Manager > New Site and configure the connection choosing “Interactive as “Logon Type”
On this same window, go to the “Transfer Settings” tab and select "Limit number of simultaneous connections" to 1

I could provide some printscreens with the step by step. I assume the changes should be commited to the 02-working_on_hpc.md file, correct?

@Alylaxy thanks for the suggestion. This issue (along with #27) is more related to our Cambridge HPC setup, which requires 2FA using a token from authenticator App. I'm still debating whether to include this in the main materials or in the section specific to Cambridge HPC. Maybe let's leave this one open for now, until I make up my mind. Thanks again though!
