Changed "release" to "length" #92

It is not obvious what "release" means - hopefully "length" is clearer.

This is a bit confusing to me because you only changed the names used by the screen reader, and on the screen we still display "play note 90, amp: , release", and we only get to see volume or length as we go into the parameters to change them, which is when the say() function is called again, with a different name to the parameter
