This pull request aims to enhance the user experience of the platform for both developers of the platform and users interacting with the platform. The key changes are as follows:

1) Added a developer tutorial for setting up the platform 2) Added a help center for user interaction on web paltform 3) Added a style guide for developers 4) Redesign landing page buttons for coherency and added mapbox controls 5) Minor code refactor and organisation
