TBoxGeneration not creating range in OWL even if defined in CSV #1216

TBoxGeneration fails to create range in OWL file when the range is defined in the CSV. This issue occurred when the range is specified as the full URI, such as https://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#date.
