Can't open http://xxx.appspot.com/fetch.py #181

I've downloaded uploader-2.0.0-win and run the uploader.exe.
Then, everything is ok and I saw "new version is ready to start serving".
However, I can't visit "http://xxx.appspot.com/fetch.py" where xxx has been 
replaced by my AppID.
What's the matter?
