Added button to import charts from Topsters 2

Adds a button to the top bar to import charts from a backup that was exported from Topsters 2.

This includes:

Chart names
Chart size (top 40/42/100 are set to 5x8, 6x7, and 10x10 collages respectively since Topsters 3 does not currently support Topsters 2's non-collage layouts)
Album titles and covers (including images that were added by dragging and dropping an image in Topsters 2)
Chart background (color/image)
Other chart properties (font, padding, shadows, show/hide album titles and numbers, etc)
