more recent base image on cirlcle ci doesn't work out of the box:

/home/circleci/vscode-wsdl2rest/.vscode-test/vscode-linux-x64-1.59.1/VSCode-linux-x64/code: error while loading shared libraries: libnss3.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

as project is deprecated, won't work on it
