CGP169: [BUG] Renewal for Distributor or Reseller #169

[x] it returns empty message
[x] should hide actions "renewal" && " Manage Users " on "/organizations/myorganizations" for the specified organization types (Dist && Reseller)
[ ] add renewal action for each organization on "/organization" -----> for better User experience (currently admin has no way to renew any organization but his only)(TBD)

i found out that the only way admin can access renew action for organizations from "/myorganizations" so he can only renew his organizations
is it okay ? if not where else we should put this action ?
