This issue is already resolved , checked on production

Scenario

  1. Go to http://certigatepro.com/issues/categories
  2. Click on Create new category button
  3. Try to insert a new sub category that is already existed , it will return an error if it has the same name and has the same parent , otherwise it will be inserted with no errors

@HeshamHassan One case was not tested before : When inserting the same category with no parent ( parent : # ) . This issue is resolved now .
